These Terms of Service govern your use of the Rituva website and any purchase made through our online store.
By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. About Rituva
Rituva is an online consumer brand offering products designed to support everyday beauty, wellbeing and personal-care routines.
Our website is operated through Shopify and may use third-party services for payments, fulfilment, shipping, analytics, marketing and customer communications.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, to place an order with Rituva.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to make the purchase.
3. Products and Availability
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible.
However:
- colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen;
- product packaging may change from time to time;
- minor design or manufacturing variations may occur;
- images may include lifestyle or illustrative content;
- availability may change without notice.
We do not currently accept pre-orders. Products shown as available for purchase are intended to be available through our active fulfilment or supplier network.
We reserve the right to discontinue, modify or limit the availability of any product at any time.
4. Product Information and Claims
We aim to communicate product features and benefits accurately and responsibly.
Any product description, performance statement or benefit claim should be understood in the context in which it is presented and subject to any qualifications shown on the product page.

Rituva products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition unless explicitly stated and legally supported.
Information on our website is not a substitute for professional medical or healthcare advice.
5. Pricing
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the relevant market.
Where applicable, consumer-facing prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes.
Rituva currently intends to sell to customers in:
- Croatia
- United Kingdom
- Germany
- Netherlands
- Denmark
- Sweden
Pricing may differ between markets due to currency conversion, taxation, operating costs or market-specific pricing.
We may change prices at any time. Changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
6. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
By providing payment information, you confirm that:
- you are authorized to use the selected payment method;
- the information provided is accurate; and
- sufficient funds or credit are available to complete the purchase.
Payment processing may be provided by Shopify Payments, card networks, digital wallets or other authorized payment providers.
We do not directly store complete payment card details.
7. Order Acceptance
After placing an order, you may receive an automated order confirmation.
This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it for fulfilment.
An order may be refused or cancelled where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:
- payment failure;
- suspected fraud;
- incorrect pricing;
- product unavailability;
- technical error;
- delivery restrictions;
- unusually large or suspicious orders; or
- breach of these Terms.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the applicable amount.
8. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at:

However, once an order has entered processing, fulfilment or has been handed to a shipping carrier, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify it.
A cancellation request therefore does not guarantee that the order can still be intercepted before dispatch.
This does not limit any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights available to consumers under applicable law.
9. Shipping
Our current launch markets are:
Croatia, United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, Denmark and Sweden.
Available shipping methods may include:
Standard Shipping — FREE
and
Priority Processing & Shipping — €4.99 or the applicable local-currency equivalent.
Priority Processing & Shipping gives your order priority handling where available. It does not constitute a guaranteed delivery date unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Orders are normally processed within approximately 1–2 business days.
Our current estimated total delivery time is approximately 5–8 business days, including normal order processing, for all currently supported Rituva markets, unless otherwise stated at checkout or on the product page. The 1–2 business days of processing are included in this window, not added to it.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, public holidays, peak periods or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Duties and Import Charges
Where we advertise delivery as including duties and applicable import charges, customers should not normally be asked to pay unexpected customs charges on delivery.
If you are unexpectedly asked by a carrier to pay customs duties or import charges that should have been included, please contact:

11. Returns and 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Eligible Rituva products are covered by our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, in addition to any statutory consumer rights that apply.
Customers may reasonably try and use an eligible product and request a return by contacting us within 90 days of the original order date.
The detailed conditions of the guarantee, including exclusions and return-shipping responsibilities, are contained in our Return and Refund Policy.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying return shipping for voluntary returns and returns under the 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied products are handled separately and do not reduce any statutory consumer rights.
12. Priority Shipping Fees and Refunds
Where a customer selects paid Priority Processing & Shipping, the additional priority fee may be non-refundable once the priority service has already been provided.
Where consumer law requires otherwise, the applicable statutory rules will take precedence.
13. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, contact:
Where possible, visible shipping damage should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging.
This 48-hour request helps us investigate carrier issues and does not remove or reduce any mandatory statutory rights.
14. Installation and Product Use
Products must be installed and used according to the instructions supplied with the product.
To the extent permitted by law, Rituva is not responsible for damage arising from:
- incorrect installation;
- misuse;
- neglect;
- abnormal use;
- unauthorized modification;
- use contrary to instructions; or
- damage caused by third-party equipment or installations.
Nothing in this section excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
15. Promotions and Discount Codes
Discount codes and promotions may be subject to additional conditions.
Unless otherwise stated:
- promotions cannot be exchanged for cash;
- only one promotional code may be used per order;
- promotional codes may have expiry dates;
- promotions may be limited to certain products or markets; and
- we may withdraw a promotion where there has been misuse or an obvious error.
Products purchased at a promotional or discounted price remain eligible for our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, unless expressly stated otherwise.
16. Website Accuracy
We aim to keep all information on our website accurate and current.
However, there may occasionally be:
- typographical errors;
- inaccurate pricing;
- incorrect availability information;
- technical errors; or
- outdated information.
We reserve the right to correct errors and update information where reasonably necessary.
If an error materially affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer where appropriate.

All content on the Rituva website, including but not limited to:
- brand names;
- logos;
- product names;
- photographs;
- graphics;
- product designs;
- text;
- videos;
- website layouts; and
- other original content
is owned by or licensed to Rituva unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, modify, commercially exploit or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
18. Acceptable Use
You may not use our website or services:
- for unlawful purposes;
- to commit fraud;
- to interfere with the website or its security;
- to distribute malware or harmful code;
- to scrape or collect data unlawfully;
- to impersonate another person;
- to abuse promotional offers or return policies; or
- in any manner that violates applicable law.
We may restrict access to our services where there is evidence of fraud, abuse or unlawful activity.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link contained in the email.
Transactional communications relating to orders, shipping, refunds or customer service are not marketing communications and may still be sent where necessary.

This clause does not impose liability on consumers beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
